150Gs is CHEAP. You cant even buy an outhouse with that in my area. I live in Lovely Southern Cali. Los Angeles is outrageous. Oh if i found something $150,000 I would be a homeowner! But in some area I understand that can be a lot. L.A. is to expensive but at least it is not N.Y.
