So much for the holidays....
Yesterday Kitty and I were ready to jump on a flight to NYC and so much has put those plans on hold.
Most surprisingly, mom had a heart attack on Monday and we just found out yesterday. She was back in the hospital again today after fainting in a lobby.
Talk abooooot crazy.
Mom clearly stated that she didn't want any company or visitors because she needed to rest, so I probably won't see her until the weekend.
Missy called today. She's coming by tonight to check out the apartment. I haven't seen her in forever and I'm looking forward to seeing her again.
I was a little bummed this morning when I got an email telling me that Shanna went back to Canada early because she couldn't stand another moment around her family. It would have been great to spend a little more time with her.
One thing I truly love about the holidays is spending time with friends.
As for New Years Eve......
Our plans are still up in the air.
