Today I asked about the 2nd town home that is going on the market Friday in the same neighborhood as the place I looked at last night. My broker tells me that BOTH placesare SOLD!!
Holy cow these things move fast.
The 2nd home had not even made it on the market yet!!
I feel so discouraged right now. I just want to cry.
