The first night of the family reunion is officially over. Tomorrow is packed with more activities with strangers I had never known existed.
I met my mom's cousin Cathy tonight. She majored in creative writting and offered so much encouragement.
She could be the motivational mentor I have been seeking.
I told her of my aspirations to go to North Western, and she gave me the "thumbs up" in approval.
I'm so dead tired...
I miss home.
I miss Kitty.
I miss so much, yet I am excited about what this weeked could bring.....
