I was reading a girls diary entry and she seemed a little bummed about the weather in Jersey. She said that it felt more like fall than summer and she longed for the change of the season.
Here in Florida, we don't have much of a change of season. It's always hot.
We have Early Summer, Summer, Late Summer, and NEXT Summer....
Forget Winter. We haven't seen a hint of snow since I've lived down here.
The only snow we see in the winter time is in the mall. There is a place where you can meet Santa in the middle of the mall and it's supposed to be decorated to look like a snow scene from the North Pole. The snow isn't even real, it's just fine shreaded up tissue paper.
I'd like to see snow some day.
Maybe this year I will travel and celebrate Christmas up north, somewhere where it snows....I've never had a "WHITE" Christmas....
New York sounds like a nice place to visit at Christmas time....
